Terms of Service — Simple Ovulation Calendar

Effective July 4, 2026 · Agreement between you and GooseApp LLC, a Maryland limited liability company.

1. Not medical advice

THIS APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. It is intended for general informational purposes only and does not address individual circumstances. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied on to make decisions about your health. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Estimates only

All results — fertile window, ovulation day, next period, test day, due date, and reminder timing — are estimates produced by a calendar-based method from the information you enter. Ovulation and cycle length vary from cycle to cycle and person to person. Results may be inaccurate.

3. Not contraception

This app must not be used alone to prevent pregnancy. Calendar-based methods have substantially lower typical-use effectiveness than medical contraception. If preventing pregnancy matters to you, talk to a healthcare provider about reliable methods.

4. Not for emergencies

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

5. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GooseApp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any pregnancy, failure to conceive, or health outcome, arising from use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which, for the free app, is zero) or $50, whichever is greater.

7. Acceptable use and age

You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live). Don’t abuse, probe, or disrupt the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Maryland law; exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Maryland.

9. Changes
